How to Build a Report

1. Click on the 'Reports' module

2. To create/build a new report you want to click on the '˅' symbol next to 'My Default Report' and then select '+ Add Report' 

3. You will see a selection of report templates that the Watching That team have created that might satisfy your need or get you close to what you are looking to report on and allow you to customise from that template so you aren’t building from scratch.  If you prefer to build from scratch, simply select ‘Blank Report’ and then follow the instructions for creating widgets within that report.

If you select 'Blank report' you will go to your newly created Blank report

Once there you can click on the 'Edit Report' (pencil Icon), this will allow you to rename/give your report a new title. 

You can also click on the 'Add Widget' icon and begin creating your custom report using any of the widgets available within the library or creating custom widgets yourself.

Once you've selected/chosen a widget it will appear within your report

You can add as many or as few widgets as you want and you also have the ability to drag and drop them into any order on the page and resize each individual widget if desired. 

Once you've finished creating your report you don't have to do anything else, this report should now automatically appear within the drop-down

Your new report can be selected at any time and you have the capability to create as many reports as your given entitlement allows

The additional basic functions of a report are:

1. 1. Duplicate
   2. Delete
   3. Download as a PDF
   4. Share 
   5. Add Section
   6. Add Widget
