What are the alert notification outputs?  Currently, the Monitoring Module supports Email and Slack alert notifications methods.

Can I be alerted if any metric get very near the threshold I set, say to alert me to a 'Pending' alarm?  We are not exposing Pending states at this time, although we'd love to hear from our customers if this type of preliminary warning could be of use and how.

How does the alert get resolved or does it continually get sent at some interval if the situation is not rectified?  When the metric falls outside the threshold set, the alarm will fire off an alert only once to alert you via the notification channel you've set. It will not continuously send alerts. You only will receive a secondary alert notification letting you know the alarm is cleared and you are back to 'OK' status.

Can I use different alert notification outputs for different hours of the day?  Currently not within our product, however there are applications (e.g. PagerDuty) that can help you build out this type of communication structure.

Do you support SMS text for notification alert outputs?  Not at this time, however if you and your team have critical business need for this output we can certainly review and put on our roadmap.

Can you easily suspend alerts if someone was to go on holiday or redirect the notifications to go to other users?  You can mute the notification method and it will essentially turn off the notifications but the monitor will still be monitoring and then you'd come back in and unmute the alert notifications.

Can you share monitors?  Monitors are set at the company level, so you can see and subscribe to monitors created by anyone else in your business that has a Watching That login

Can I create a monitor for 'day' or 'week' intervals?  The first phase of the WT Monitoring product is meant to be a real-time service that allows you to take action when the issue is occuring and not when that moment or opportunity have passed. When we release system alerts the day and week intervals will more than likely be added to this use case.

Can you report on monitors?  Not at this time, but that is already on our roadmap for future enhancements of the product.
