How to Setup Notification Channels

To setup your Notification Channels for your monitors, click on 'My Account' in the top rail navigation. From there, a drop down will appear, select 'Account Settings'. This takes you straight through to your Notification Channels

Once in the 'Notification Channels' section you'll notice a pink button on the Right hand side that says 'Add'. Click on this and a drop down will appear with two options, Email or Slack

If choosing 'Email', you'll be able to Name your Notification Channel and then add multiple email addresses by typing them in, each on their own line. Once all the email addresses have been added to the Notification Channel simply click Save

If you like to be notified on Slack, simply click 'Slack' and then give Slack permission to connect with WatchingThat and specify which channel you'd like the alerts to be sent to. 

Once you've done the above steps your Notification Channels are ready to go and ready to be used when creating new Monitors.
